I was quite anxious about a growing nodule in my thyroid. Through HCA Health Care, I connected with Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon. The administrative staff at HCA Health Care was prompt and supportive in arranging an appointment with him. During our initial meeting, Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon instilled a sense of confidence in me. He efficiently organized another appointment while collecting my medical records. In the subsequent consultation, he reassured both my wife and me that there was no reason for undue concern. Nevertheless, he suggested an MRI scan as a precautionary measure to alleviate any worries. Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon communicated directly and explained everything in simple terms, ensuring our understanding. We felt secure in the hands of someone genuinely caring. I wholeheartedly endorse Mr. Jean-Pierre Jeannon and the HCA Health Care Center.

Pretty chilled but professional, friendly, we immediately felt at ease and no way intimidated. He clearly informed us of MRI results in easy to understand manner, making sure we understood. Then proceeded to explain treatment options and how/where they would be dealt with. Clearly stated what action he was taking, writing to specialist in London and informing us what action he may take, more imaging, online consultation or in person appointment. Overall a good experience.

I was in a lot of pain due to a very bad ear infection and busted eardrum was kept awake due to the pain but once had the operation it’s changed my life back to normal way no pain and was able to sleep with out hearing buzzing noise in my head so if you need to have this operation make sure that you get it done

Extremely happy with the treatment under Dr. Georgios Oikonomou. I first went to see the doc in Feb, 2023 and was very unwell due to inflamed sinus. Based on the various tests which were performed on me, Dr. Georgios was even able to diagnose a condition which I never thought I had and it was already at advanced stage. I had to undergo surgery to fix the issue and I am very grateful to Dr. Georgios that he performed the surgery successfully and ensured that post operative appointment was proactively booked. If any one is having issues related to ENT, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Georgios asap. He is the best ENT doctor I have met so far.
