Dr Toh was very thorough and reassuring. He took the time to explain the reasons for all the symptoms and asked the right questions to find out more about my health. Very professional. I was previously told by another doctor my symptoms were due to sinusitis, but Dr Toh was able to explain what the real issue was.

I was kept waiting nearly 40 minutes for the consultant's first appointment of the day. A nurse had to call them to find out where they were. When they did finally arrive they weren't very apologetic and didn't really explain why they were so late! I was a bit anxious about my appointment and this didn't help. I could havec come at a later time if asked/required. There were also other 2 other members of staff in the room for my consultation, one of them wasn't even introduced to me and I don't know why they were there.
