Excellent service, 10/10!

I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. Really impressed with Tom Ulset - super friendly and very data driven with clear goals and progression pathway. Weekly sessions kept me accountable and I received a level of care/performance plan beyond any previous physio experience I have had.
