I attended Mr. Drymousis consultation for a hernia expecting a 20 minute examination and diagnosis. Instead I was given a much longer fascinating, detailed and appropriate explanation of the various types of surgical treatment available, the important discoveries in the field and their direct relevance to me. He made a remarkable effort to give me the key information I needed to make an informed decision. He was warm and engaging, giving me confidence in his skills and knowledge. My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Cannot fault anything about the diagnosis and surgery, this was followed by a fast recovery.
