My appointment with Dr Al-Joudeh was a positive experience. He was able to see me quickly and he took time to explain things without rushing. He had a kind and caring manner and I would recommend him to others. If only more doctors were like him.

Dr. Besherdas is an excellent doctor who really listened to me and put me at ease before my gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He banded my haemoroids as well. Both procedures were quick and painfree. He was kind enough to arrange the procedures within a week and his entire team was so supportive and reassuring. He has a good sense of humour as well which helps to relieve nerves before the procedures. I would highly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues and procedures. It's a 5 🌟 from me ! Mr Marshall was friendly, and clear about what was wrong and what needed doing. He explained the options of NHS treatment vs private. On the day of the operation he spent time with me and my wife before and after the operation, and we saw him again for a check-up four weeks later.
