Had a revision rotator cuff repair under the care of Prof Imam. He explained everything at all time points. Seen me and reassured me at all time points. Shown me videos 5 stars!!

From walking in and being greeted by the receptionist to waiting very briefly for the Dr everyone was friendly and efficient. The end was clean and tidy. Lovely
