The reception staff were lovely! I needed to go outside to the car to feed my little one and she came outside to let us know the doctor was calling us. It helps with the hot drinks too

I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver. Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.
