I saw Mr Leo for a 2nd opinion for a long term condition that I was struggling to get help with via my NHS team. He was very approachable and understanding of my situation. Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

Dr Makhosini listened to all of my concerns regarding the treatment and surgery. Giving good advice as to what surgery was best for me. He made me feel at ease with his calming approach and amazing bedside manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

I was recently under the care of Dr Tsironis while recovering from abdominal surgery. His visits each morning kept me informed of how I was doing, but it was at the follow up appointment once I had been discharged that he really took the time to explain my condition to me. I asked endless questions and he really helped me to get a grasp on what had happened to me by showing diagrams of the anatomy, explaining to me so that I could understand. He put me at ease and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
