Due to my past gynaecological history I am always extremely anxious and apprehensive when coming to women’s healthcare. I’ve never met Dr Ali before but I have to say he was so kind, thoughtful and respectful to my anxieties. He listened to me and asked what he could do to help ease my anxieties. His bedside manner and empathy were just what I needed to calm me down, and although the procedure wasn’t pleasant, he talked me through what would happen, what I might experience etc. and really made me feel at ease. The nursing staff too, who were assisting him, were truly wonderful, as they always are. Thank you to you all for your care, but also so your empathy; it really meant a lot to me and got me through the procedure.

Dr Amber has been brilliant through out our journey and really useful when chatting to our daughter. She always gives positive, thoughtful, empathetic, and incredibly useful advice for the now and future. It offers us a really objective, balanced, and sensible perspective for us to consider and apply.

I was very pleased with how my appointment went with Dr. Alemany. After so many years waiting to see a psychiatrist through the NHS, I was finally able to be heard and understood! She provided me with a diagnosis and a treatment plan and the prescription was sent right away.

Dr Bhatia was very friendly, reassuring and encouraging. I left the session feeling better about myself than before. She did a good job adjusting to my communication style in our first session and I am sure that this will only improve over time as her demeanour and attitude are very open and observant.
