All the staff are extremely kind,caring and supportive. They are always there to help and talk things through at any time. The therapy sessions are also very beneficial and give you excellent coping strategies to improve your anxieties and ongoing issues. The whole place has a wonderful warm and nurturing atmosphere. It feels like a place of calm, with a sense that everyone genuinely cares about you as an individual. It is definitely my safe place and refuge.
