We felt secure throughout the process and in safe hands to find a solution to a child missing 8 adult teeth. The orthodontic process has now come to an end and we are pleased with the results so far. I have been a patient at Southfields Dental Care for many years. I no longer live in London but I make the journey from the north of Scotland as I have full confidence in the practice. They are competent, courteous and kind.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
