Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.

The surgical team and nurses were all excellent. The Consultant, Mr Winkler, was outstanding and must be one of the very best urologists in the UK

Shirley Oaks is a very clean hospital with parking facilities and the staff is also very polite and professional

Very friendly nice people this is the second time I'm having work done with this company.last time 5 stars all the way this time I had a couple of problems.but not the end of the world.going back in 4 months.so fingers crossed
