Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.

The hospital was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent. Didn't enjoy the check in process and the self check in failed but apart from this it wad overall a good experience

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and efficient. One improvement; when I made the first enquiry about attending I was told my details would be passed on and I'd be contacted, but after a few days I'd heard nothing and rang back to be told I was referred but the dept was busy. I should have had some contact before i needed to ring in to set expectations that there would be a delay in response.

Lovely staff and great clinic

The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.

Very easy to navigate.
