I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

Everything seemed to be run efficiently in a friendly manner. Communications excellent, with text and email confirmation of appointments received without delay.

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for overall experience is that I have regularly had to stand whilst waiting for physio and consultant appointments because there was no where near enough seating
