Excellent!

Exceptional care and attention to detail from all staff encountered from admission to discharge during recent overnight hospitalisation for a procedure. Admitting and surgical nurses put me at ease prior to my procedure and the post operative nursing care was attentive ensuring I felt well, safe and in good hands. Catering staff and nursing care assistant also provided excellent service. No hesitation in recommending this hospital. Outstanding.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The overall experience was great. All staff were attentive, kind, caring and very positive. A lot of support for breastfeeding (where needed) and our care by Mr Kunde, Dr Arrandale and the entire staff was exceptional.

Friendly and professional

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

Overall good experience, access to highly qualified consultants. For insurance purpose, would recommand invoice specify not only the doctor's name but also his speciality. Medical letter should indicate the date of the consultation.

Excellent experience in such a special time of life.
