Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

She was amazing

I honestly don't think I've ever had such a positive experience with a GP before! Dr Miller was kind, friendly and very reassuring in his manner. He listened to me right the way through and never made me feel I should hurry. He then took the time to give me very detailed explanations regarding the symptoms I had described, and gave me a very thorough check up so that I felt happy that nothing had been missed. I felt I was able to ask him everything (often when I'm under stress I forget some of it) and he gave me proper answers to all my questions. He offered me the option of a blood test, which I decided to accept, and he was very gentle with that as well. I honestly can't fault this lovely, caring, understanding health professional (and he has a sense of humour as well!) I don't think I've ever left a surgery feeling quite so upbeat - I usually see NHS doctors who, however good they might be, just don't have the time to go into things in such depth. The consultation was worth every penny, and I would have no hesitation in recommending both the clinic and Dr Miller. Thank you.

I had a consultation with Dr Lascar in May 2024, focused mainly on the role and benefits of bio-identical hormones. She has a calm and warm personality which sets the tone for a relaxed conversation. I welcome Dr Lascar's holistic approach in getting to know her patients, touching on everything from diet, life style, personal and family medical history, mental and emotional load, etc. She is remarkably patient and took her time to explain thoroughly different aspects of body functions and how bio-identical hormones come into play. I felt listened to, understood and expertly guided towards what may work best for me, without any pressure to opt for one option or another. Dr Lascar comes across as a professional who deeply cares about her patients and is up to date with the latest on her field. I feel confident continuing my health journey with her and I look forward to our next appointment!
