From walking in and being greeted by the receptionist to waiting very briefly for the Dr everyone was friendly and efficient. The end was clean and tidy. Lovely

The hospital was clean, welcoming and had all the things you might need for a hospital stay. Staff were friendly, especially the lovely kitchen staff, and I had a pleasant experience there

I was pleasantly surprised with level of care and consideration I recieved. From the moment I was called in my anxiety level dropped. Very experienced and quixotic Dr. Was very loquated to dispell my nervousness, very professional and a paladin in her field.

Friendly clean atmosphere. Easy to found and fast response for any reason.

Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!
