When I first began consultation he helped calm me down and appreciate the process that was to be followed. At every step, I felt confident the decisions were made well and adapted to my personal needs. The decision to move to surgery was made with all the relevant facts and risks. I was recommended several Drs to look at my ankle problems and after some research selected Dr Pinak Ray. Of the choices recommended to me he stood out due to his experience, reviews and specialisms. I am very happy with the selection I made. The consultation was quickly arranged with his friendly secretarial team. Through the consultations and scans I was kept well informed and given options of how to proceed; I was never pushed to do anything. I eventually elected for surgery and whilst I am still very much in recovery, it appears that Dr Ray did an exceptional job. I am extremely confident that my ankle will be much improved and I can already tell the difference now not even 6 weeks post surgery. Many thanks to Dr Ray and team!

The consultation with Mr Naique was most informative. A clear explanation of what treatment could be given and what risks were involved. What would happen next was also explained. Being treated by Tom was an absolute dream, firstly (and perhaps most importantly) he is clearly an incredible surgeon, I actually cannot believe how well my foot has healed and how amazing it looks after such a relatively short time. Secondly, his manner through the process was wonderful - kind, generous with his time, thoughtful, informed - could not have asked for more.

I went to see Mr. Livingstone after having severe nerve pain in my feet having recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I cannot begin to describe how excellent he was in helping me. I was extremely anxious with many worries but he has an excellent bedside manner and helped me understand so much in why I was having these symptoms. He allayed any fears I had and did a full battery of tests on my feet with monofilaments, a Doppler test and other tests. I’m so fortunate I saw him and have already had a follow-appointment. His skills at listening and his thoroughness when checking my feet are nothing short of exceptional! If you have foot issues and can make it to his surgery do it!
