I was referred to him with acute pain on the top of my foot. Numerous visits to a GP and physiotherapist had failed to either diagnose the problem or provide relief. Mr Al-Maiyah listened to me; he examined my foot and immediately diagnosed the problem. I was swiftly treated with a cortisone injection which was expertly and accurately injected into the appropriate location. This is not a cure but the relief is very great. Being treated by Tom was an absolute dream, firstly (and perhaps most importantly) he is clearly an incredible surgeon, I actually cannot believe how well my foot has healed and how amazing it looks after such a relatively short time.
