Julia has been amazing in providing us with really helpful information about how to access services to secure support for my husbands parents even though we were not in a position to take her on as my father in law has not yet been discharged from hospital. Julia has made a really difficult situation a lot less stressful for which we are very thankful.

Very friendly, kind and motivating

Lynn was one of the first staff members I spoke to when I arrived at Abbeycare and immediately made me feel welcome and more relaxed when I was extremely anxious and stressed. Lynn communicated with my loved ones, kept them in the loop and made them feel at ease and that I was being well cared for whilst in the clinic. since leaving the clinic I have attended the 'women's group' on zoom that Lynn facilitates and have found it uniquely beneficial - I feel comfortable opening up about certain things I don't like to discuss at other fellowship meetings. Lynn is always kind, openminded and gives brilliant guidance and advice.
