Charlotte was very kind and helpful in advising me about how to change my diet to include healthier options. I have been able to make good progress and Charlotte has been very supportive.

Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.

Dr. Bazire is a great professional. He shows a lot of empathy and support towards his patients. He was so supportive during the program and after that. With his way of being, he makes you feel comfortable to talk about your struggles and to want to make life changes. I am more than thankful for his support and for the changes that i was able to do.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Direct, listened to the full situation without inserting suggestions or assumptions based on common patterns from other patients. The reliance on the app is a really good fit for me, maybe not many therapists are not comfortable with using them but it's quite powerful.

I have had my first consultation with Lorna and was very pleased with the experience. The two words that come to mind are empathy and professionalism. She was very understanding and seemed to genuinely care about my overall health and determining how she could best help me within her scope. She seems very versed in both Ehlers Danlos and the related ailments and illnesses. In fact, it was a stroke of luck that I had my visit with her, as she picked up on the fact that a supplement my digestive doctor had prescribed was doing more harm than good in my particular case; neither my doctor nor I had connected those dots! Rather light approach to my post-op experience. I am seriously concerned as to my post-op progress, yet I felt dismissed. Despite expressing my issues, I had literally 5 minutes consultation while being told that I'm doing great. Constant vomiting and inability to eat\hold the food down 2 months after the surgery does not reflect "doing great" in my opinion. I'm considering seeking a second opinion.

Mr Dixit successfully performed the required operation. He showed great skill in cholecystectomy and knowledge in related issues. Both pre and post-op care was also excellent. Mr Dixit ensured that all information was clearly explained and fully understood at each stage.

I had a successful programme with Tracey and it changed some of my eating habits and enhanced others. I had an additional bonus of weight loss and improved gut health. I also have the knowledge that my overall health is good and how to manage my diet, vitamins and supplements in the future. It has put me in a good position for the coming years.
