Gladys was excellent. I felt much better about my Tinnitus after our initial conversation. She provided really important information that was implementable. Listen, it is really important for your recovery from Tinnitus to work with someone who understands Tinnitus on EVERY level. You won't get the insights that are truly needed if you just work with a standard counselor/therapist. ENTs are largely a waste of time. Please do yourself a favor and accept that you have Tinnitus first and it may not be medically treatable -- but it's not the end of your life and it is not forever. With Gladys and others who really understand the condition, I (anonymously) promise you that your life will get better. That's the most important thing to understand. Have some faith, work with Gladys or an audiologist who specializes in the area and if you REALLY ARE WILLING TO PUT IN THE WORK, YOU WILL RECOVER. Maybe not complete resolution, but wherever you are at right now, it will be significantly better after time and commitment and emotional investment.

After quite a while of struggling with my old hearing aids, she's been brilliant practitioner and I've valued her help and guidance with my new hearing aids, particularly her thorough training on how to use them and her help setting up technological elements such as bluetooth.
