I recently underwent a Septo-Rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Joshi at Blackheath Hospital, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Joshi showed an exceptional level of professionalism throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. He explained the procedure in detail and ensured I was fully informed, addressing all my questions—even the ones that seemed silly—with patience and clarity. Dr. Joshi's caring nature truly stood out. He was approachable and friendly, making me feel at ease from the very beginning. On the day of the surgery, his confidence and calm attitude were incredibly reassuring. His positive energy was contagious, and it helped alleviate any pre-surgery nerves I had. The team at Blackheath Hospital, especially the anesthetist, were outstanding. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I felt good before, during, and after the procedure. The surgery went exceptionally well. I am thrilled with the results, both in terms of improved breathing and the cosmetic changes to my nose. Dr. Joshi's expertise is evident in the natural appearance of my nose, to the point where it’s impossible to tell it was operated on. For those considering this surgery, I highly recommend diligently following the post-operative care instructions. Regular cleaning and rinsing of the nose are crucial for a successful recovery. When I had my endoscopy, my nose looked fantastic. Stick to the prescribed protocol, including antibiotics, and don’t be alarmed if your nose looks different after the cast removal—it will settle down in time. Well done, Dr. Joshi! Your skill, compassion, and professionalism made this journey a positive and successful one. Thank you to the entire team at Blackheath Hospital for providing such excellent care.

Mr. Amin is fantastic. His expertise is unparalleled; he conducts thorough investigations, really listens to you, and meticulously reviews every detail before offering his knowledgeable guidance. He even uncovered a protrusion of my temporomandibular joint that no one had noticed. I felt very well cared for and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

From the first time that I met with professor Ahmed Allam, he filled me with confidence and put me at ease. Once he had diagnosed me as having an inverted papilloma, he explained in detail what I had and how he would treat me. The surgery was a success and followed by post surgery care and follow up meetings. The surgery was life changing, I can breath now, I can taste and my hearing is improved and I don’t have constant headaches. I can not that professor allam enough for what he has done for me. Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.
