I have given 5 stars across the board. I did have a bit of waiting time but twice members of staff checked my situation and were proactive in noticing and finding out the situation with the wait. As it happened I had no issues at all with waiting as my consultant had fitted me in last minute at the end of his day - which in itself was enormously helpful, so it did not bother me to wait at all.

I was treated like a queen. The staff and facilities were brilliant.

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.
