From the outset Dr Neil Srinivasan instilled confidence. I was treated as an individual with respect and empathy. Professor Amitava Banerjee was incredibly impressive. He was very professional and very personable at the same time during every interaction. While obviously being extremely knowledgable, which in itself was very reassuring, he was a very calm, genuine and personable; both a great doctor and a great person. He was always very attentive, never rushed and focused on the patient as an individual. During a very stressful period his knowledge, experience and manner were invaluable. We wish more were like him.
