The friendliness could not be marked 5 star unfortunately, as one of the two young receptionists (not wearing spectacles) was rather abrupt in her communication. Also, she contravened Data Protection by asking me what my date of birth was, whilst I was seated several metres away from the reception desk and in the presence and hearing of other seated patients. She did this to another seated patient whose response of their personal details was also within my hearing.

I had an Excellent Experience From the Welcoming Receptionists guiding us through the Hospital to Ward 23. Every Staff Member involved, All Welcomed my Wife Sue and I to Bournemouth Hospital. From the Administration Staff. Cleaners, Nursing Staff, Doctors andThe Porters, Consultants and The very Jovial Theatre Staff. It really was a Joy to be a Patient in Your Hospital with an excellent Hospitality. Team.

Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

From entering the building to leaving it I was treated extremely well. Everyone was very friendly and professional

This visit was 1 year post surgery but still applied. X-ray was prompt, Sarah , the radiographer good at explaining, helping to position for accurate xray
