Very good initial consultation. Very attentive and informative on day of surgery. All went well and at follow up appointment was examined and all good so I was discharged.

Mr Crinnion, is excellent surgeon, he took the time to explain the procedure, what could go wrong etc. His bedside manners was outstanding, especially when he popped round to see me after the operation. I will definitely recommend him, and reuse (God forbid) that situation arises for me again.

Mr.Munasunghe was very pleasant,easy to talk to with any questions asked. He explained everything that was going to happen with surgery & after. Overall im very pleased with the care I received.

Rather light approach to my post-op experience. I am seriously concerned as to my post-op progress, yet I felt dismissed. Despite expressing my issues, I had literally 5 minutes consultation while being told that I'm doing great. Constant vomiting and inability to eat\hold the food down 2 months after the surgery does not reflect "doing great" in my opinion. I'm considering seeking a second opinion.

From the moment I met Dr Rame he was welcoming, warm and instantly calming. He talked me through everything I’d need to have done. Talked me through the surgery and everything to except after. Surgery went very well, the incision was cut and stitched up very well. Very great follow up appointment, again very kind and thorough. Great doctor who generally cares.

The whole end to end process from initial consultation to post op and after care was exceptional.

Good. Would have liked further information after surgery but as I was feeling unwell Mr Atkin just said all went well and left.
