Very happy with my experience - all the staff were great and I was seen quickly and efficiently.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

It was a lovely place, very clean, very friendly people, I felt at ease and welcomed.

Very professional and great experience

Dad received outstanding professional care from the Royal Free and Dr Chauhan. The human connectedness and care added made all the difference to his healing and wellbeing. The only downside was the lack of climate adaptedness of the building, with Dad's room often far too hot during the hot summer days. The lack of windows for staff concerns me. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the amazing standard of care that Dad received, thank you.
