I found Dr Gurunathan easy to talk to, helpful and insightful. He took time to explain how a normal heart functions, in contrast to the ectopic beats I was experiencing. From our discussion, he was able to quickly analyse the likely cause of my condition, before arranging a series of tests to confirm the diagnosis. His thoroughness of approach was very reassuring. I was kept fully informed at each stage of the testing process. Dr Gurunathan helpfully addressed all the questions I raised and I am very grateful to him for his time and professional patient care. Dr Marciniak was welcoming from the get go. He was extremely thorough, patient and understanding throughout the entire consultation. I was not rushed and was given the opportunity to explain my symptoms from start to finish, and made me feel listened to. He ensured I understood everything which was explained to me, allowed me to ask questions and explained the next steps clear and concisely. For some, being within a hospital setting can be daunting but Dr Marciniak makes it the total opposite.
