She is really good and knowledgeable. She explains all the symptoms and possible way of resolving them. And my favourite: she goes through all your test results and explain everything to you. This is brilliant. I wish all doctors do that.

I was amazed at what a relief it was to hear genuine compassion from someone at my first appointment - while NHS treatment had been professional, it hadn't at any point been empathetic. I also had a very clear understanding of what the next steps were and the timelines involved, and at follow-up appointments I just had such a strong sense that he was fighting my corner. I would say my biggest challenge since the heart attack has been mentally reconciling with it, and my mood/attitude in respect to the rest of my life - and Dr Sen has been instrumental in dealing with that, to the extent that I am excited about the future now!

As a patient you never feel rushed. He provides a detailed but clear explanation of the symptoms diagnosed and that clarity continues as he explains with great care the appropriate medical and surgical options. He welcomes questions. Justifiably he inspires confidence.
