Mr. Hussain had a friendly accommodating manner, explained the resurfacing process well and made me feel I was in safe hands.

I attended my consultation with a list of questions (which I did not need) Mr Agrawal explained what the next step would be to get me back on track. The procedure was arranged promptly. His reassurance helped me in deciding to go ahead with the procedure.

Everything was explained in simple terms, the process from start to finish and the likely outcome. Possible problems were also explained before the operation making me feel confident about the whole procedure

Mr Aslam has filled me with confidence and put me at ease at every step of the way, with the surgery going smoothly and all of our pre- and post- op appointments as great experiences. He's answered every question and made some really helpful recommendations and given candid advice. Very professional- Mr Waites took me through the stages of my operation in a clear and precise manner. I have had no concerns or issue’s following my knee operation and my recovery is going well. I would highly recommend Mr Waites who was very supportive both pre and post op.
