Great care

Impressive clinic, very friendly staff, patient care is excellent

Very professional staff. I was greated by a lovely lady at reception and taken to the ward. I was really made to feel safe and looked after. Staff in anaesthetics and recovery were excellent, very friendly, and put me at ease. The consultant and anaesthetist visited before and after the operation to check up on me. They both explained everything in detail and extremely professional. I felt in safe hands. Staff on the ward were caring. The catering lady was also very accommodating with my diet preferences and went out of her way to provide alternate food. She was also very thoughtful and caring.

I have been to the Clinic on several occasions and have always had a very good experience and been very well looked after. I have been impressed by the politeness and general helpfulness of all the staff and the cleanliness and pleasantness of the surroundings.

Professional, comfortable, great staff

I paid in the region of £10,000 for an overnight stay. I found the level of care unsatisfactory. The noise on the corridor overnight was ridiculous and no-one seemed to be aware that after my procedure I would not be able to chew or open my mouth very much. Despite this I was still brought a variety of food that I was unable to eat and I had to ask for a cup that I could sip out of. I was made to feel like I was being precious by asking for help. I would not stay at this hospital again.
