The main traits of Mr Singisetti that I've appreciated are his honesty, providing realistic expectations and obvious knowledge and experience. He's went above and beyond with my surgery to provide the best chance for me, when other surgeons may have proceeded with quicker but less adequate solutions for the patient. I made his job harder and endangered my own knee by choosing to initially reject and delay surgical intervention, but he graciously still done everything in his power to get me seen in a timely manner and do the best job possible given the circumstances. He's lifted a lot of anxiety I had about the future of my knee. Very polite, professional and efficient. Straight to the point and answers every question I have.

Being of an elderly persuasion I have seen many good consultants over the years. Dr. Dowen , however, has a particular approachable, informative manner geared towards identifying and resolving the medical issues at hand, which indeed he did. His relaxed demeanour is overtly friendly and conversational which significantly enhances the patient/doctor relationship. Moreover his commitment in addressing matters not necessary wholly within his purview e.g. writing to other consultants and GP on my behalf, was an unexpected bonus. Without doubt overall a peerless experience.

Mr Loughead has always answered all of my queries and set my mind at rest about any anxieties I may have had I was completely confident in his ability and extremely happy with the outcome of the operation
