From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

I have had to chase for a date for operation and covering letter. Letter was vague and didn't cover detail, no scan info issued after being told it would. The operation has now been cancelled and still no additional information even after chasing.
