It was professionally executed

On my first visit to the department on 17 March 2022 (after knee surgery for a Patellofemoral joint replacement on 14 March 2022) I was introduced to Chinyelu. Her immediate reaction to me could not have been less welcoming. Unfortunately she remained this way for the whole of the 45 minute appointment. I had already had 3 left hip replacements so I was used to pain but the pain of a partial knee replacement is far worse. I explained to her that I was in a lot of pain and her reaction was ‘you will be’, absolutely no effort to give me advice as to how I could make myself more comfortable. She then proceeded to make me lift my leg (impossible) and also bend it (impossible). I was feeling very vulnerable when I attended the appointment and really needed some support and I received none. My husband was in the car park when I came out and I cried. This is not like me. Since then I have been very fortunate to mainly see Sarah who is one of the very best physiotherapists I have ever met (as you can imagine this is an extremely strong recommendation if you look at my medical history) who is always warm and friendly and gets the best out of me. I have also met G on a couple of occasions who has been an excellent replacement for Sarah.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

I had implants done at this clinic and can't be more happier with whole process and all the stuff involved . They looked after me from the moment I land to Izmir to the end of my stay there. I was taken to a lovely hotel and asked for the bedroom with balcony and lovely Berkan one of the stuff made sure I get what I wanted. I was taken to all appointments and all transfers were free Clinic it's self was very clean and I was greeted with a friendly staff My surgeon explained the whole process of my operation I felt safe and taken care of I was taken to all appointments by this lovely lady called Zeynep who also made sure I have all the medication after my operation. I want to say big thank you to Berkan Who was with me all the time during my stay there I had so many questions and worries about my operation and he always provide support information and guidance was very patient with me And made sure I have everything I need All in all I had pleasent experience as I felt I was taken care of and felt at home My experience with this clinic was pleasent service was outstanding and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
