Dr Alice Scott is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to my issues and offers various options depending on how I wish to deal with them. She explains everything in clear terms and has an empathy which allows me to feel safe and trust her judgement in all my health concerns. I cannot recommend her more highly and feel confident that I have found a doctor who I can have continuity with and able to go through my menopause ‘phase’ without the anxiety that was dragging me down, before I had the pleasure to meet her.

I found it hard initially to put my trust in a treatment that was not improving my symptoms quickly but now I am a year in to the treatment I trust Dr Jones to make the right decisions to assist me and have found my symptoms have been allieved to a higher extent.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.
