Short wait, consultant very thorough, spent time with us, explained everything he was trying to achieve.

The front receptionists were amazing and very helpful, however, the ones near the doctor's room were not so friendly.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

The staff members were very caring. They explained what would happen before, during and after my circumcision, including the anaesthetic process and the aftercare. The nurses made sure that I felt comfortable during the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Princess Grace for three days following my procedure, one night in intensive care and two on a regular ward. All staff were pleasant, understanding and also were very knowledgeable and supportive.

Kept waiting with no apology or explanation. Not given an accurate quote.

Was very nervous made me feel at ease. Explained every thing to a tea , all happend how they explained it . Helped me a lot to calm down when I had bit of panic when putting mask on . In the end was not as bad as I thought , but I think having a lot of experience in MRIs my self have had loads helped me through it and not forgetting all the amazing staff on the team x
