Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. Dr Mittal herself is good. She is friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately for both of us, it was a bit of a wasted journey. It was a long way to go to be told that the information I'd been provided by another consultant was incorrect. I wish the system wasn't so ridiculously tied and Dr Mittal had the right to refer her own patients to her clinic, because I have been struggling for years with my health condition now and if the system was better supported, then I may have been able to access the support quicker. She advised me that I'm doing as much as possible to support my health condition, so that was good to have been told that there's nothing else I'm missing.

Dr Israa is one of the most knowledgeable and empathetic consultants I have ever seen. She obviously has a passion for her profession and I felt immediately that I was in competent hands.
