Had a telephone consultation with professor Nardo, as always very perfessional, he listened and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel so much better and positive. I became Mr Chilcott’s patient as the gynaecologist I initially went to did not perform the specific procedure (an HRT pellet implant) that I wanted. Mr Chilcott carried out a thorough clinical examination, actually paid attention to what I was saying, didn’t rush me, and talked me through other options just so that I could make a fully informed decision. He was gentle when implanting the pellet and the procedure was done with minimum discomfort; his bedside manner is impeccable. When I had a minor post-procedure issue, he quickly saw me to reassure me. His PA Paula has also been exceptionally helpful and responsive. I will certainly keep him as my doctor as I know that I am in very good and capable hands.

An excellent level of care from start to finish. Although I did not meet Mr Abdul before the day of surgery, I was able to speak to him on the day and he also came to talk to me early the next morning.
