Very calming and very professional

Such a wonderful facility. From reception to the gentleman who showed me to my room. The nursing staff were all so lovely. The catering staff so obliging. The Dr who was on night duty during my stay was so reassuring as I had to be kept in for monitoring which I hadn’t been expecting. The accommodation was as lovely as I’ve had in a hospital. My husband was permitted to visit at any time. A very good experience. Although I hope I won’t have cause to return ;)

Sending a car to take me to and from my appointment was amazing as I live 1.5 hours drive from the treatment centre. This takes a great deal of pressure this takes off my spouse at a difficult time. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait at any stage. The centre is quiet and calm with excellent facilities.

Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety. His commitment to patient well-being and quality care makes him a standout choice for addressing gastrointestinal health issues.
