A great facility. I was impressed from start to finish.

Cromwell is a great hospital. It is organised and the staff are very helpful.

Nothing but the highest of praise for the way the centre conducted is business. Highly professional.

Both pre and post surgery care I received was excellent. All staff were very helpful, kind, and understanding. Could not fault it.

Friendly and effective, attentive and comfortable. In terms of hospital fabric the ceiling at the entrance to the whole building on Fulham Palace Road should be totally renovated. It is a poor introduction to the hospital.

Dr. Jonathan Hoare is an exceptional gastroenterologist whose expertise and compassionate approach to patient care set him apart in his field. At my consultation relating to LPR/esophagitis, I was impressed with his ability to rapidly understand my situation and his astute assessment of my issues, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns and medical history. Dr. Hoare’s knowledge of gastroenterology is extensive and he is clearly and expertise in his field. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Hoare exudes a genuine sense of empathy and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel comfortable discussing my issues, a quality that is invaluable. Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety. His commitment to patient well-being and quality care makes him a standout choice for addressing gastrointestinal health issues.

Sending a car to take me to and from my appointment was amazing as I live 1.5 hours drive from the treatment centre. This takes a great deal of pressure this takes off my spouse at a difficult time. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait at any stage. The centre is quiet and calm with excellent facilities.

Professional and welcoming. Also.. to be honest.. fancy and lovely. Smelt nice and felt clean which is comforting!
