I had sedation treatment with Dr Tanvi Bagtharia due to having a dental phobia and panic disorder. I needed a lot of work including root removals on both sides. Dr Tanvi put me at ease at my first consultation appointment, I left feeling my phobias were recognised, understood and respected with a plan of action in place. I had 2 further appointments for treatment and is all now completed. I feel like a black cloud has been lifted from my shoulders and my quality of life has improved so much in such a short amount of time due to the work Dr Tanvi has done. I first met Atheer following a long period of time being very upset about problems with a couple of back teeth. Two long experienced Orthodontists had given a depressing prognosis. I was then introduced to Atheer at the Abbey Dental Practice. He disagreed with the diagnosis and talked about the opportunities for fixing the problem - rather than the issues! I felt like I was walking on air when I left the room. I had the teeth replaced with 2 implants. I am a very nervous patient but the whole experience was great, and the results are perfect. Atheer is a very kind, clever and skilful surgeon. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
