The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Amazing experience with this company. Very factual and not at all pushy at the beginning, and very supportive. Any concerns I had with my son adjusting to the helmet, and then later when I felt he was growing out of it were dealt with very quickly and very reassuringly. I would 100% recommend anyone who has any concerns with their baby’s head shape and feel they want to go down the helmet route to use this company. I am so happy with my son’s head now.

The service from beginning to end was incredible, the hygiene aspect was really good, very precise and attentive, considerate and thoughtful in Andrea’s explanation of the issues I had and what I needed to do going forward and the zoom whitening was hassle free and a great outcome.
