Giles is very much a patient focused Dr who has a great deal of knowledge. He is very caring and has alot of time for his patients.

I had surgery at the end of May with Mr Chakravorty and I am over the moon with the results.. It wasn’t a surgery I was planning, it was more a need to do rather than a want to do, so I felt quite hesitant, but I needn’t have worried. Mr Chakravortty reassured me throughout, I felt very much in safe hands. It was the smoothest surgery I have undergone and the recovery has been just as easy.

Miss Lobo was friendly and approachable from the beginning. Her explanations have been clear and she always responded to our questions. Indeed communications with her and her team have been exemplary. She gave me confidence to make decisions on my treatment and to face surgery. I felt I was in very good hands with a professional at the top of her field.

My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

I was very lucky to find Professor Zoe Winters on Doctify following my discovery of a lump in my breast.   Professor Winters clearly and professionally explained my condition, and thanks also to the thoroughness of her excellent team, Professor Winters ensured I received all the appropriate diagnostic investigations. Hence, I had as complete a picture as possible before the options were precisely explained to me. Each consultation was followed up with a comprehensive letter explaining everything we had discussed, including test results and links to relevant clinical papers and leaflets so that I could make informed decisions about my treatment. Anyone under Professor Winter’s care will find her infectious positivity incredibly reassuring during a difficult time. Importantly, I cannot thank Professor Winters enough for her patience and tenacious work during my subsequent surgery. I have always felt safe and am incredibly grateful for the care and support of Professor Winter’s Nurse Specialist, Alex Olayo. I cannot recommend Professor Winters and her team more highly.

Excellent 5 star service from beginning to end. Also, has amazing surgical skills, making my scar look tidy and almost invisible.

My experience with Mr Khatib has been fantastic. I immediately felt at ease with him and he was so caring and kind throughout the whole process. I was able to ask all the questions I needed to and he answered them thoroughly. I felt safe and confident in going forward with the breast reduction, after more than 30 years of putting it off. The surgery went extremely well and so quickly! I was home the same afternoon which meant I was able to rest and recover properly in my own surroundings which I feel has helped so much for a smooth recovery. If there’s anything I’ve ever wanted to ask, I have been able to call or email without feeling any hesitation to do so and have always been reassured that I can contact him at any time. The results of the surgery are superb! I’m really happy and will be forever grateful! I highly recommend Mr Khatib for his amazing work and for making this such a wonderful and positive experience.
