Very professional, polite & helpful

I am very pleased with the attention and helpfulness I had from Dr Behar yesterday. He has a very caring manner and is always concerned how you are.

He listens to the patient- and allows them time to do so and then clearly discusses the problem/issue making sure the patient is understanding what is being said. When outlining the plan/next steps he again listens to the patient also ensures they understand it. He is very clear in his communication and doesn’t “um and er” - very fluid and easy to listen to.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr Ahsan is. He is amazing. I had been in A-fib for approximately 7 years. Before meeting Dr Ahsan I previously had an aversion which failed and was more or less told by a subsequent cardiologist that I had been in A-fib too long for any procedure to work. To me this translated I would have to live with it for the rest of my life- then my wife through research found Dr Ahsan. His attitude was so refreshing, he was confident in that he could help me. Six months down the line my procedure remains a success. Of course you are in safe hands, because he is extremely professional and brilliant however also he is kind and caring. I could not recommend him highly enough.

He is without a doubt an exceptional physician. He listened attentively to everything I had to say, dissected out all my different problems and came up with a stepwise plan for how he would investigate me. Throughout my care, Dr Gulati made me feel like I actually mattered and he genuinely wanted to and would help me. He was kind and understanding. After years of frustration and being bounced around other specialists, I finally have a diagnosis and the treatment he started has made a huge difference. I only wish I had met him sooner.

Dr Mehta has been great and has taken me through right clinical pathway to address my cardiac health with a specific need based approach to diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr Grosser was professional in all our meetings. He was willing to take time to explain things clearly and give appropriate additional resources for my own learning. His personalized advice for my procedures was much appreciated. I was very reassured by his manner and management of my condition which reduced my anxiety considerably. Many thanks to him and his excellent administrative and clinical team.

I left my first consultation feeling all my questions hd been discussed and answers given in a way that was reassuring. I felt that Dr Ruparelia had my best interests at the centre of the plan he outlined and I feel really confident with the procedures to follow

Dr Takeda has provided a superb „service“ for me. His secretary insightfully picked up on my anxiety levels and conveyed this to Dr Takeda and I got „seen“ very swiftly. He is very patient , very professional. It was all more than reassuring .
