Jyoti provided excellent care and service throughout our treatment process. We had four frozen transfers attempts which resulted in a baby. Jyoti really went above and beyond and did all she could to help us achieve our dream of having two children. We are so grateful for all her help and would strongly recommend her to anyone thinking of starting on the IVf process.

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. From the initial consultation, Dr Faris was very warm and friendly. He was able to fully explain all the steps to my procedure in a clear and concise manner. There was a clear and open line of communication pre & post surgery, where he was always available to answer all questions I had(even outside work hours).
