I coudn't be happier with the attention, professionalism and expertise of Dr. Taneja. She has been an integral part of the journey and I have had full trust in her recommendations. IVF and ICSI can be challenging but since we’ve met with Dr Mavrelos, we’ve always felt that we had the right plan and support we needed. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. Excellent experience. I cannot rate Mr Faris high enough. From the first time I met him he was very friendly, kind, had a lovely personal touch and was extremely approachable. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions that I had. My procedure had to be booked in quickly to coincide with a certain day of my cycle and Mr Faris was very accommodating to that. My procedure went smoothly and I felt I was in the best hands at all times.

Mr Salim is an absolutely brilliant consultant and one of the most caring and thorough doctors I have ever been in the care of. While fertility treatment has a lot of unknown variables, Mr Salim and all his team were exceptional at answering questions best they could and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Mr Salim never made me feel like anything was too much trouble, being readily available to answer any questions while also being realistic and providing expert care and guidance throughout the entire process. Where other clinics may have turned me away, he took the time to understand my situation with a tailor made treatment plan that achieved the results I was looking for at this time. His knowledge and patience is unmatched - I couldn’t recommend him more. 5 stars to Mr Salim, any patient would be in very safe hands with him.
