One of the best doctors I have ever seen with great empathy

First Meet with caring and listening attitude towards patients was a plus for us, has we had treatment history in the past. Guidance towards further journey will make easy the process with Jaya :)

Dr Bora helped us navigate, what would normally be a somewhat confusing journey, with optimism. She took the time to personalize our treatment protocol and it is thanks to her and the lovely team of nurses that we are now expecting our first baby.

Dr Koita helped make my dream of having another child a reality and for that I will be forever grateful! In January I gave birth, at the age of 47, to a healthy baby girl and she was conceived naturally when I was 46. I cannot thank Dr Koita enough for all of her amazing help and support with conception and pregnancy. When I found her, I did not even know if it was possible to conceive naturally at my age (as many fertility centres will not help people over 45) and I had some previous fertility issues that I needed support with. After meeting with Dr Koita, she was immediately encouraging and supportive – she was extremely kind, caring and empathetic and answered all of my questions with the utmost patience. Dr Koita provided invaluable information and support that I was not able to find anywhere else. She guided me through the best course of testing and procedures to ensure that my body was fully prepared to conceive and have a healthy full-term pregnancy. Dr Koita’s help truly means the world to me! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with conception and pregnancy.

We highly recommend Doctor Mavrelos to anyone that needs a trustful and highly experienced Doctor! IVF and ICSI can be challenging but since we’ve met with Dr Mavrelos, we’ve always felt that we had the right plan and support we needed. Everything was clearly explained since the beginning and Dr. Mavrelos gave us a detailed plan, and the right path for the best results. The results matters and it is important for us to mention that we would be forever thankful to Dr. Mavrelos, we trusted him and today we have two healthy boys, twins! It was the best decision we could ever make to meet with Dr. Mavrelos. Dr. Mavrelos took the best decisions for us regarding our case and he was very honest with us. We’ve felt that we were in safe hands and guidance. Our life changed after being under the care of Dr. Mavrelos and we strongly recommend him. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. I am really glad that I chose the Lister and I would definitely recommend the clinic and Mr Nicopoullos to anyone who is interested in egg freezing or fertility treatment.

Felt very comfortable

Mr Salim is an absolutely brilliant consultant and one of the most caring and thorough doctors I have ever been in the care of. While fertility treatment has a lot of unknown variables, Mr Salim and all his team were exceptional at answering questions best they could and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Mr Salim never made me feel like anything was too much trouble, being readily available to answer any questions while also being realistic and providing expert care and guidance throughout the entire process. Where other clinics may have turned me away, he took the time to understand my situation with a tailor made treatment plan that achieved the results I was looking for at this time. His knowledge and patience is unmatched - I couldn’t recommend him more. 5 stars to Mr Salim, any patient would be in very safe hands with him.

After about 4 years of unsuccessful trying we received a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility”. We had consultations with an NHS doctor, with a doctor from one of the leading fertility clinics in London, and also with a doctor overseas. However, we did not feel that any of them suited us. Then we met Dr Tarek, who was recommended to us by a friend. As I was very opposed to IVF in the beginning, Dr Tarek found a way to explain the science and statistics behind it, our possible treatment options, risks, and timelines. As a result, together we developed a treatment plan. We decided to start with IUI, and gave it 3 tries. After that we decided to use IVF. During all that time, before and during the treatment, Dr Tarek provided us with all the help and support, and was always there to reply to any questions or concerns that we had. He explained the process and was supporting me at all times. I believe that due to his hard work, dedication, his gift and also thanks to his support I transitioned into the right emotional state for it — and managed to get pregnant after the first IVF round. Now we are happy parents of a healthy baby. There are no words that could describe how grateful we are to Dr Tarek!
