Such wonderful staff, so patient and compassionate. They never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking questions. Dr Bodri always made me feel at ease and was kind and reassuring. I am embarking on the first part of my journey and so far I am really happy with my experience. She has explained everything in much detail and guided us through each step.

I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

We would rate our time at the Lister highly overall. Having a relatively small team means we got to see the same friendly faces who we feel genuinely cared about us and our experience; we appreciated the personal touch. The whole team are brilliant and we would like to send them our heartfelt thanks. The only slight frustration we had was that it could be very difficult to get through to the clinic on the phone, although communication did appear to get a little easier the further we got into treatment.
