Dr. David Chui was very very kind and had a caring communication towards Dan and I. he was on time with our meeting. explained everything exceptionally well to us considering we have no idea on what to expect from IVF all being new to us. If I could give him 10* review I would.

Mr Kelada was patient with my questions and gave matter of fact explanations to the results. I would have appreciated some statistics about people with my levels and some statistics about what we could expect but I realise that may be hard to do.

He was very calming, explained everything perfectly so I understand what was going to happen. He was very kind and extremely professional, but at the same time helped me relax by making the experience personal to me.

I have already expressed how impressed I am with Ginny .Not only is she a consummate professional but a very empathetic person as well.I like how she explains things in a way I can fully understand .
